+From May 19th to May 22nd the International fib Symposium 2008 will be held in Amsterdam The Netherlands. The theme Tailor Made Concrete Structures: New Solutions for our Society"is focussed on the design and construction in concrete together with the techniques and technologies needed today and in the near future. Contributions are invited in accordance with the Congress general theme and topics. Papers should be innovative, challenging and should reflect current and future trends and practices in all aspects of concrete and hybrid structures. Advanced case studies are particularly welcome. All papers should reflect the general theme of the Congress. All papers accepted by the Scientific Committee and presented at the Congress or by oral presentation of by poster will be published on the Congress CD-ROM and in the Congress Proceedings.
